Historic homes and new towers on the Caloosahatchee

Fort Myers has some of the oldest housing stock in Southwest Florida. Streets near McGregor Boulevard and the historic districts around downtown include homes from the 1910s through the 1930s, with wood floors over crawl spaces, plaster walls and attics that were never meant to hold an air handler.
